ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Three Days Faculty Development Program on
Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) Using AMOS
CFA, Structural Modeling, Common Method Bias Testing, and Bifactor Approaches
26 -28 February 2026 | 2:30 – 5:30 PM (IST)
This FDP focuses on Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) using AMOS, with emphasis on theory-driven model testing. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to Confirmatory Factor Analysis, structural modeling, common method bias assessment, and advanced bifactor SEM techniques aligned with high-quality empirical research and journal publication standards.
