Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) Using AMOS

CFA, Structural Modeling, Common Method Bias Testing, and Bifactor Approaches

26 -28 February 2026 | 2:30 – 5:30 PM (IST)

This FDP focuses on Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) using AMOS, with emphasis on theory-driven model testing. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to Confirmatory Factor Analysis, structural modeling, common method bias assessment, and advanced bifactor SEM techniques aligned with high-quality empirical research and journal publication standards.

Key Learning Concepts

  • Theory-driven CB-SEM modeling using AMOS

  • Measurement validation through CFA and model fit assessment

  • Structural model estimation and hypothesis testing

  • Common method bias diagnostics

  • Conceptual overview of Bi-factor SEM, Exploratory SEM, Bi-factor ESEM

Total Duration: 9 Hours
Format: 3 Days | 3 Hours per Day
