Advanced Modelling Techniques: PLS-SEM to FsQCA with SmartPLS (With 2-Month SmartPLS Access)
๐ Dates: 17 โ 21 November 2025
๐ Time: 6:30 PM โ 8:30 PM (IST)
๐ Mode: Live Online Sessions
Resource Person: Dr. Clement Cabral
(Assistant Professor, St. Paulโs College Kalamassery; Ph.D., IIT Roorkee)
About the FDP
The five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Advanced PLS-SEM: ANN, NCA, IPMA & FsQCA is designed for researchers, doctoral scholars, and faculty seeking to master cutting-edge analytical techniques that blend quantitative and configurational approaches.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in SmartPLS, learn to integrate Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) with PLS-SEM, perform Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA), and explore Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (FsQCA) for complex empirical research.
Key Takeaways
- Practical modelling with SmartPLS software (2-Month Access Included)
- Deep understanding of reflective and formative constructs
- Advanced applications of ANN, NCA, IPMA and FsQCA
- Comparative and hybrid model evaluation techniques
- Publication-ready reporting and interpretation skills
