About the Position

The successful candidate will work within the Inclusive Education group led by Prof. Dr. Tobias Buchner.

The role will also involve contributing to the Inclusive Digital Education Lab, which develops and evaluates accessible digital education formats in collaboration with students, school pupils, and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Participate in research projects and scientific studies in inclusive digital education

  • Work on and complete a doctoral dissertation

  • Finalise the dissertation agreement within 12–18 months

  • Conduct teaching activities according to university regulations

  • Support research and teaching administration

  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of inclusive digital learning formats

  • Collaborate with researchers, teachers, students, and educational partners

Candidate Profile

The position is suitable for applicants with:

  • A relevant Master’s degree in Education, Inclusive Education, Special Education, Digital Education, Educational Technology, or a related field

  • Strong interest in inclusive and digital learning environments

  • Research experience or potential in education-related fields

  • Good academic writing and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Interest in university teaching and doctoral research
