About the Research Project

The MAPS project examines how digital platforms are transforming service-sector labour through the perspective of migration. It explores how platformisation has reshaped employment into fragmented forms such as temporary work, multiple job holding, and short-term gig work, while investigating the experiences of migrant workers within platform economies.

  • Work closely with Dr. Olivia Maury and the wider research team.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Social Sciences or a closely related discipline.

  • Strong academic background relevant to labour, migration, sociology, anthropology, or digital society.

  • Demonstrated interest in qualitative and ethnographic research.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
