Salary

Annual Salary: Up to RMB 269,906 per annum (pro-rata for part-time or short-term appointments), depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

Design and develop innovative research proposals for individual and collaborative projects.
Conduct high-quality research, including data collection, management, analysis, and interpretation.
Critically evaluate existing literature and generate original research insights.
Prepare manuscripts for publication in leading international journals.
Present research findings at academic conferences and seminars.
Collaborate with faculty members and contribute to the university's research development initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

A Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
A strong record or demonstrated potential for high-quality research publications.
Excellent analytical, research, and academic writing skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary research teams.
