Key Responsibilities
The selected Postdoctoral Fellow will be expected to:
Continue and develop independent research within the selected research centre’s focus area
Publish research in international peer-reviewed journals
Present research at international academic conferences
Develop and contribute to research proposals
Strengthen collaboration and research activities within the selected centre
Mentor students and support their research projects
Provide guidance on research methodology and academic writing (Econ Job Market)
Essential Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
A Norwegian doctoral degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics, or an equivalent recognised foreign doctoral degree
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Candidates in the final stage of their doctoral studies may also be considered, provided they can document that their thesis has been submitted or that their defence date has been confirmed. The doctoral degree must be completed before joining the position. (Econ Job Market)

Knowledge of relevant research methods and models
Publications in recognised international journals
Project management or project-development experience
Interdisciplinary research experience
Experience working with international research partners
Teaching experience and pedagogical qualifications

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a gross annual salary of:
NOK 633,400 before tax
