MICA FPM 2026 Admission | Fully Funded PhD-Equivalent Doctoral Programme in Management

The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) 2026 at MICA – The School of Ideas is now open for applications. Recognized as Ph.D. equivalent by AICTE and AIU, this four-year full-time doctoral programme is designed to nurture the next generation of management scholars and academic leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have:

  • UGC/AIU/AICTE-approved Master’s degree with minimum 60% marks (First Class)

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) from a recognized institution

  • Background in management, communications, humanities, social sciences, media, or related disciplines

  • Exposure to Marketing, Media, PR, Advertising, or Journalism is an added advantage

Foreign nationals and NRIs with equivalent qualifications (and GRE) are also eligible.

Step 3: Online Screening
Step 4: On-Campus Evaluation

  • FPM Written Test (FWT)

  • Individual Presentation (IP)

  • Panel Interview (PI)

  • Registration Closes: 28 February 2026

  • Online Exam: 5 March 2026

  • FPM Written Test & Interview: 24–25 March 2026

  • Final Results: On or before 15 April 2026
