MDI Gurgaon invites applications from bright and motivated researchers for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Management (PDFM). The program is designed to support scholars in pursuing advanced research and building a strong publication pipeline in high-impact journals.

Program Overview Position: Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF) Nature of Engagement: Contractual basis initially for one year, extendable based on performance. Objective: To facilitate high-quality research publications in top-tier journals (ABDC A*/A) and collaboration with MDI faculty.

Eligibility Criteria Candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:

1. Qualification: Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline OR Thesis submitted (degree not yet awarded).

2. Academic Record: Consistently good academic record from Class X onwards.

3. Publication Requirement: Candidate MUST have at least one research paper published (or accepted) in an ABDC 'A*' or 'A' category journal.

4. Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (for male candidates) and 45 years (for female candidates).

Financial Assistance & Benefits The fellowship offers one of the most competitive financial packages in the country:

• Monthly Fellowship: INR 50,000/- (Consolidated).

• House Rent Allowance (HRA): INR 30,000/- per month (if campus accommodation is not available). Total Monthly Emoluments: Approx INR 80,000/-.

• Contingency Grant: INR 50,000/- per annum for conference travel, data collection, and other academic expenses.

• Accommodation: Suitable accommodation may be provided on campus (subject to availability).
