About the Project

Essential Qualifications
Candidates must possess:
B.Tech./B.E.
and
Ph.D. in:
Biotechnology
Biosensing Technology
Nanotechnology
Chemical Engineering
Electrochemical Analysis
Related disciplines
from a recognized institution.
Additional Requirements
Strong scientific publication record in biosensing-related research.
Excellent academic performance with:
Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from graduation onwards.
Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in Class 10 and Class 12.
Eligible Candidates
Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are available to join immediately may also apply.
Desirable Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates having:
Hands-on experience in biosensor development.
Experience working with electrochemical systems.
Expertise in handling:
Aptamers
Enzymes
Proteins
Strong scientific communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
Job Responsibilities
The selected Postdoctoral Fellow will be involved in:
Biosensor Development
Synthesis of advanced nanomaterials.
Fabrication and preparation of sensing electrodes.
Functionalization of electrodes using:
Aptamers
Antibodies
Biomolecular recognition elements
Electrochemical Detection
Electrochemical detection and analysis of biomolecules.
Development of highly sensitive biosensing platforms.
Validation and optimization of sensing performance.
Materials Characterization
The candidate will use advanced characterization techniques including:
Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)
X-Ray Diffraction (XRD)
Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR)
Electrochemical analyzers and related instrumentation
Research and Publications
Conduct interdisciplinary research.
Publish findings in high-impact journals.
Collaborate with faculty members and research teams.
