• Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: INR 72,000 per month (including HRA).

• Duration of Appointment: 1 year.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification & Experience

• Ph.D. degree (or thesis submitted) from a reputed institute.

• Academic Record Requirements: A consistently good academic record throughout is required, with a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onwards, and 55% or equivalent grade in class

Desirable Qualification & Experience

• PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field with expertise in photophysics, spectroscopy, or optoelectronic materials.

• Experience with time-resolved spectroscopic techniques (e.g., time-resolved PL, transient absorption, or related methods).

• Strong background in the characterization and photophysical analysis of organic emitters, TADF materials, conjugated molecules, or semiconductor nanomaterials.

• A proven research record through publications and presentations, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
