Compensation & Tenure

Monthly Remuneration: INR 72,000 – INR 84,000 per month (Consolidated)
Duration of Appointment: 12 months (Extendable up to an additional 12 months based on performance)

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Degree: PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Physiology, Veterinary Sciences, or related fields.
Academic Cut-off: * Greater than 60% marks in graduation.
- Greater than 55% marks in Class 10th and 12th exams.
Research Track Record: A proven track record of publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals.

Desirable Qualifications

Candidates with hands-on technical expertise or deep theoretical understanding in the following areas will be preferred:

Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, tissue handling, or rodent/large animal models.
Experience in ex vivo organ perfusion or handling intact biological organs.
Proficiency in experimental techniques like immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, ELISA, and cell viability assays.
Strong understanding of ischemia-reperfusion injury, immunology, or cancer biology.
Familiarity with clinical/surgical environments and human tissue ethics protocols.
