The Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur has invited applications for two Post-Doctoral Research Associate/Post-Doctoral Fellow positions under the project:
“Developing Strategic Vision 2036 and Integrated Human Resource Planning for OHPC.”
The selected candidates will work with the project team at IIM Sambalpur on strategic planning, organisational analysis, manpower assessment, and long-term human resource planning.

Eligibility
Applicants should have a PhD/FPM in Economics, Operations Management, Management Science, or a closely related discipline from a reputed institution.
Candidates who have submitted their PhD/FPM thesis and are awaiting the final award may also apply, subject to applicable rules.
Applicants should possess strong analytical, quantitative, research-writing, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of:
Quantitative methods and econometrics
Optimisation and operations research
Forecasting and simulation
Data analysis and policy research
Excel, R, Python, SPSS, Stata, Power BI, or similar tools
Report writing, stakeholder consultation, field research, and project management
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will:
Conduct project-related research and analysis
Review policies, organisational data, and sectoral trends
Undertake interviews, stakeholder discussions, and field visits
Develop analytical models, reports, presentations, and policy notes
Coordinate with faculty members, project staff, and partner organisations
