Essential Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.
Demonstrated research experience in Polymer Matrix Composites (PMCs) and Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs) during doctoral research.
Proven publication record in high-quality, peer-reviewed Scopus and SCI-indexed (Q1) journals.

Research Responsibilities

The selected fellow will work on:

Development and characterization of advanced Polymer Matrix Composites (PMCs) and Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs) for next-generation structural and functional applications.
Research involving additive manufacturing (3D printing) of polymer composites.
Machine learning-based prediction of wear, tribological performance, and machining characteristics of composite materials.
Experimental and computational studies related to advanced engineering materials.
