Research Project Overview
Study gender disparities in economics and academia
Analyze personality traits (Big Five) and value systems (Schwartz Theory)
Explore career trajectories from PhD to faculty level
Conduct large-scale survey data collection (France + international scope)
Apply advanced statistical and econometric methods
Supervision & Research Environment
Supervised by Aurore Burietz-Barakat in collaboration with Caroline Perrin

Eligibility Criteria
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related disciplines
Strong interest in gender studies, behavioral economics, or academic careers
Good knowledge of econometrics and statistical tools (R, Stata, Python)
Experience in data collection or survey analysis is an advantage
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills (English required)
