Research Project Overview

  • Study gender disparities in economics and academia

  • Analyze personality traits (Big Five) and value systems (Schwartz Theory)

  • Explore career trajectories from PhD to faculty level

  • Conduct large-scale survey data collection (France + international scope)

  • Apply advanced statistical and econometric methods

  • Supervised by Aurore Burietz-Barakat in collaboration with Caroline Perrin

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related disciplines

  • Strong interest in gender studies, behavioral economics, or academic careers

  • Good knowledge of econometrics and statistical tools (R, Stata, Python)

  • Experience in data collection or survey analysis is an advantage

  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills (English required)
