IIIT Kota Announces Ph.D. Admissions 2025–26

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota (IIIT Kota), an Institute of National Importance established under an Act of Parliament, invites applications for admission to its Ph.D. programs for the academic session 2025–26.

Ph.D. Programs Offered

• Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
• Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill one of the following criteria:

• Master’s in Engineering/Technology with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 (10-point scale) or equivalent.
• Master’s in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications (or related areas) with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 or 70% marks.
• Direct admission after B.Tech. with CGPA ≥ 8.0 (80%), along with relevant research experience and publications (exceptional cases).

Note: Institute Assistantship is available for eligible candidates.

• Last Date of Online Submission: 29 September 2025
• Written Test (Offline): 10 October 2025
• Interview (Offline): 10 October 2025
