The Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIM Nagpur), in collaboration with technology partner Jaro Education, invites applications for Batch 02 of its Blended MBA for Working Professionals. This two-year program is designed to equip mid-to-senior-level professionals with advanced leadership capabilities, strategic acumen, and cross-functional business expertise without requiring a career break.

Program Highlights & Academic Framework

• Degree & Alumni Status: Candidates who successfully complete the program will receive an MBA degree from IIM Nagpur and attain official IIM Nagpur Alumni status.

• Delivery Mode: The program utilizes a hybrid learning model combining Live Online Interactive sessions with four mandatory Campus Immersion Modules.

• Curriculum Structure:

  • Year 1: Focuses on core management courses comprising 480 hours of instruction. Sessions are scheduled three times a week on Wednesday evenings, Saturday evenings, and two sessions on Sundays.

  • Year 2: Focuses on elective courses totaling 300 hours of instruction and a compulsory 60-hour faculty-guided field project. Sessions are conducted flexibly on weekday evenings and Sundays.

• Attendance Requirement: Participants must maintain a minimum attendance of 75%.

• Note: Career and placement assistance services are not included in this program.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must hold a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience is required.

• Applicants must secure a valid IIM Nagpur MBA test (IIMNAT) score and clear the Personal Interview round.
