The Department of Civil Engineering at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee invites applications from motivated and talented researchers for a Postdoctoral Fellowship Position in the area of reinforced concrete durability.

The selected candidate will work on the project:

"Effective Chloride Binding Agent for Enhanced Durability of Reinforced Concrete Structure"

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Master’s in Structural Engineering
• Ph.D. in Structures, Construction Materials, Concrete Technology or related areas from a reputed institute, with an excellent academic record.
• Minimum two first-author publications in reputed SCI Journals in the area of concrete technology.
• Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also eligible (proof of Ph.D. degree must be furnished at the time of interview if shortlisted).

Fellowship Details:

• Duration: 2 years
• Consolidated Fellowship: ₹80,000/month
• Contingency Grant: ₹50,000 per annum
• The fellowship may be terminated by either side with one month’s notice.
