Dr. Patnaik currently serves as Assistant Professor (OB & HRM) at Management Development Institute Gurgaon (MDI Gurgaon), a globally recognized triple crown accredited business school. With over 15 years of combined industry and academic experience, he brings a strong blend of research rigor, international exposure, and executive training expertise.

Academic Background & Scholarly Contributions

Dr. Patnaik holds:

MBA – Cardiff University, United Kingdom
PhD in Organizational Behaviour

His research has been published in ABDC ‘A’ and ABS ‘3’ ranked journals, reflecting a sustained contribution to high-impact international scholarship.

He previously served at IMT Ghaziabad in the OB & HRM area and was the Co-Chairperson of the PGDM-ExP Programme, contributing to executive education and academic leadership.
