Project Title

“PIC based Tx and Rx with multiplexed optical channels employing polarization modulation and homodyne/heterodyne detection”

Essential Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• A 4-year B.Tech./Bachelor’s/M.Tech. Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or an equivalent/related discipline from a recognized university/institution.

• First Class or a minimum CGPA of 6.5/10 or equivalent.

• Must have qualified GATE in the relevant discipline with a valid score.

Duration

The position is purely temporary.

• Initial appointment: 1 year

• May be extended up to 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance and the maximum duration of the project.

Emoluments

INR 37,000 per month + HRA (8%)

Ph.D. Opportunity

The selected candidate will have an opportunity to register for the regular Ph.D. programme at VNIT Nagpur, subject to fulfilling the eligibility requirements for Ph.D. admission.
