About the Projects
Successful candidates will contribute to one or both of the following internationally funded research projects:
REFLECT
The REFLECT project examines intersectional gender inequalities among researchers across Europe, generating evidence to better understand inequalities within academic environments.
VISTA
The VISTA project investigates gender-based violence in organised sport across Europe, supporting evidence-based research and policy development in the field.
Both projects are funded through the European Union's Horizon Programme and are led by Sofia Strid and Anne Laure Humbert.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will:
Conduct high-quality research within the REFLECT and/or VISTA projects
Apply quantitative research methods and advanced data analysis techniques
Contribute to project deliverables, publications, and reports
Collaborate with interdisciplinary and international research teams
Support research activities according to project requirements
Participate in academic dissemination and stakeholder engagement
Eligibility
The university is seeking candidates with expertise in:
Sociology or closely related social science disciplines
Gender studies and intersectionality research
Quantitative research methods and statistical analysis
Collaborative research in international project environments
Strong academic writing and publication potential
