Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in plant pathology, microbiology, and molecular biology

  • Work on host-pathogen interactions and gene targeting mechanisms

  • Perform laboratory-based experiments and data analysis

  • Contribute to research publications and project outputs

Educational Qualification

M.Sc. in Botany / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences (First Class)

Additional Qualification

CSIR-UGC NET JRF / GATE / National-level test qualified candidates preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience in microbiology, plant pathology, molecular biology, bioinformatics


Age Limit

  • Maximum 28 years as on 1 April 2026

  • Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms (SC/ST/PH)
