Project Overview

The selected candidate will work on a research initiative supported by UNIDO and Suzuki Motor Corporation (Japan). The project focuses on:

• Demonstrating affordable and sustainable energy solutions in Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Research Associate will be responsible for:

• Supporting Principal Investigators, TSU administration, and project partners.

• Coordinating project timelines, capacity-building workshops, and milestone reviews.

• Assisting in leading, supervising, and mentoring postgraduate research staff.

• Designing and implementing robust field data collection protocols and analytical tools.

• Preparing project reports for clients and stakeholders.

• Synthesizing field findings into research outputs and knowledge products.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Experience in project coordination and field-based research.

• Excellent report writing and documentation abilities.

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
