Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Research Associate
Lead data analysis and interpretation
Coordinate research activities
Prepare reports and documentation
Support overall project execution
🔹 Field Investigators
Conduct field visits and surveys
Collect and document data from institutions
Assist in on-ground monitoring activities
Support research team with field insights
Key Skills Required
Understanding of disability rights and policy frameworks
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to conduct field-based assessments
