• Project Title:
  Design, optimized dimensions and prototype of a solar vortex engine with energy storage system for electrical energy generation

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in:

  • Thermal Engineering

  • Thermal & Fluid Science

  • Energy Engineering

  • Computational Fluid Dynamics
    OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Energy Engineering

Minimum Marks:

• GEN/EWS/OBC: 60% or 6.5 CGPA

• SC/ST/PwD: 55% or 6.0 CGPA

• Additional CGPA criteria:

  • 7.5/10 or 70% (GEN/EWS/OBC – B.Tech)

  • 7.0/10 or 65% (SC/ST/PwD – B.Tech)

Preference: GATE qualified candidates

Desired Skills

• Experience in CFD software

• Experimental setup development

• Knowledge of ANSYS Fluent / COMSOL

• Strong analytical and report writing skills

Fellowship / Salary

• INR 37,000/month (First 2 years)

• INR 42,000/month (3rd year)

• HRA: As per institute norms

Age Limit

• General: 30 years

• OBC-NCL: 33 years

• SC/ST/PwD/Female: 35 years

• Age relaxation as per institute rules
