Project Title

Candidates must possess:
B.E./B.Tech in:
Mechanical Engineering
Production Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Aerospace Engineering
AND
M.E./M.Tech in:
Manufacturing Engineering
Computer Integrated Manufacturing
Materials Science
Or any other relevant discipline
Desired Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates having:
Prior experience in welding research.
Knowledge of aluminium alloy metallurgy.
Experience in residual stress measurement techniques.
Exposure to advanced manufacturing and materials characterization.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work on:
Execution of research objectives under the ISRO-RESPOND project.
Residual stress measurement and mitigation studies.
Microstructural characterization of friction stir welded joints.
Mechanical property evaluation and analysis.
Research documentation and publication activities.
Age Limit
Maximum 30 years.
Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India/NIT Warangal norms.
