National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand has announced a Walk-in Interview for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Associate-I (PAT-I) in the Department of Civil Engineering under a HEFA-funded research project.

Position Information

General Terms & Conditions

1. The maximum duration of the post is up to the completion of the project or up to 31st March 2027, whichever is earlier.

2. The fellowship may be terminated if the candidate’s performance is found unsatisfactory at any stage.

3. Selected candidates are expected to join within 15 days from the date of appointment/offer letter.

4. The position is purely temporary under the CSR-HEFA project.

5. HEFA and the Institute will not bear liability for sustaining temporary staff after project completion.

6. Document verification/interview will be conducted only for candidates personally present at the venue before the reporting time.

7. Selected JRF candidates may get an opportunity to register for the Ph.D. program at the Institute, subject to fulfillment of Ph.D. admission criteria.

8. NIT Uttarakhand reserves the right to cancel or modify the walk-in interview schedule without prior notice.

9. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining.

10. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
