Design and Development of a Smart Fermentation Cabinet for Bamboo Shoot: Preserving Traditional Food Practices in Nagaland

This research project aims to develop innovative technology solutions for preserving and enhancing traditional bamboo shoot fermentation practices through smart monitoring and control systems.

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized University/Institute:

• M.E./M.Tech

• M.S.

• M.Sc. (Physics)

• M.Sc. (Electronics)

• Electronics and Communication Engineering

• Food Technology

• Food Engineering

• Biotechnology

• Microbiology

• Life Sciences

• Biochemistry

• Agricultural Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Instrumentation Engineering

• Chemical Engineering

• Computer Science

• Internet of Things (IoT)

• Embedded Systems

• Automation-related disciplines

• Any other closely related discipline

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Possess a valid GATE or NET score.

• Have secured a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (out of 10) in both UG and PG degrees.

• Meet the eligibility requirements prescribed by the institute and funding agency.
