Design and Development of a Smart Fermentation Cabinet for Bamboo Shoot: Preserving Traditional Food Practices in Nagaland
This research project aims to develop innovative technology solutions for preserving and enhancing traditional bamboo shoot fermentation practices through smart monitoring and control systems.
