Project Title

Technology Development and Engineering Performance Evaluation of Jute Geocells for Slope Stabilization and Pavement Applications

The project aims to evaluate and develop sustainable jute-based geocell technologies for use in slope stabilization and pavement engineering applications, promoting eco-friendly solutions in civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Junior Research Fellow will be involved in:

• Research activities related to jute geocell materials and applications.

• Laboratory testing and characterization of materials.

• Data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

• Preparation of technical reports and project documentation.

• Supporting project activities related to slope stabilization and pavement engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications in:

• Chemistry

• Or related disciplines as specified in the official notification.

Applicants with strong analytical and laboratory research skills will be preferred.

Fellowship

• INR 31,000 per month (Consolidated Salary)

Duration of Appointment

• Initial appointment for 6 months.

• The position is purely temporary and project-based.
