The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra has invited applications from eligible Indian nationals for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Associate-I position under an ANRF-sponsored research project. Candidates with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

• B.Tech. and M.Tech. or equivalent degree in:

  • Computer Science & Engineering

  • Computer Engineering

  • Information Technology

  • Equivalent disciplines

Minimum Academic Requirement:

• 6.5 CGPA out of 10 or 60% marks

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates having:

• Research experience in Computer Vision

• Valid GATE/NET score

Fellowship

For Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

If selected through CSIR-UGC NET (including Assistant Professorship), GATE, or other eligible national-level examinations:

• INR 37,000 per month + HRA (1st & 2nd Year)

• INR 42,000 per month + HRA (3rd Year)

For Project Associate-I

• INR 30,000 per month + HRA
