Project Title

AI for Mapping Digital Harassment and Mental Health Vulnerability among Women and LGBTQ+ Communities

About the Project

The selected candidates will contribute to an interdisciplinary research project examining online harassment, digital safety, mental health vulnerability, and the experiences of women and LGBTQ+ communities.

The work may involve artificial intelligence, data analysis, social media research, natural language processing, and responsible technology development.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed fellows may be expected to:

• Collect and organise relevant research data

• Analyse digital and social media datasets

• Support AI and machine-learning model development

• Contribute to research on online harassment and mental health

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications

• Assist with project documentation and coordination

• Work with interdisciplinary research teams

Fellowship and Duration

The selected candidates will receive:

INR 37,000 per month plus HRA, according to institute and project norms.

The initial appointment will be for one year and may be extended based on:

• Performance of the selected candidate

• Project requirements

• Availability of funds

The appointment will continue only up to the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
