Project Title:
Design and Experimental Evaluation of Resonant Gate Driving in High-Efficiency GaN-Based Three-Phase Propulsion Drives for E-Mobility

Eligibility
Essential Qualification:
B.Tech. and M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with First Class (6.5 CGPA out of 10) or 60% marks.
Desirable:
GATE qualification is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates specializing in Power Electronics & Drives, Electrical Machines & Drives, or related disciplines, with knowledge of SiC and GaN wide-bandgap semiconductor, gate drivers, and advanced vehicle & electric vehicle drives.
Fellowship
1st & 2nd Year: INR 37,000/month + HRA
3rd Year: INR 42,000/month + HRA
Nature of Work
The selected candidate will undertake analysis, simulation, and experimental work on driving circuits for wide-bandgap semiconductor devices and inverter design.
Duration
The position is temporary and will be initially for one year, extendable up to 27 months or completion of the project, whichever occurs earlier, subject to performance.
