Position Details

Fellowship & Career Opportunity

• Fellowship of INR 37,000 per month plus 20% HRA.

• Additional allowances as per institute norms.

• After successful completion of two years, the position may be upgraded to Senior Research Fellow (SRF) based on performance review.

• Selected candidates may get an opportunity to enroll in the PhD Programme at NIT Goa, subject to institute regulations.

Essential Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• B.Tech./B.E. or M.Tech./M.E. in Civil Engineering or a relevant specialization.

• Valid GATE qualification obtained at any stage.

• Minimum 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized institution.

Relaxation for SC/ST Candidates

• Minimum 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 55% marks in aggregate.

• Valid GATE qualification is required.

Research Area

The project focuses on the development and performance evaluation of innovative geo-composite materials for improving pavement performance on weak subgrade soils.
