• Project Title:
  Resource Optimised Detection of Dark Vessels and Prediction of Vessel Navigation Direction using Polarimetric SAR Data based on Robust CFAR Algorithm and Lightweight Deep Learning Models

• Project Number: NISAR-UP-CO-OCE08

• Programme: NISAR Utilization Programme (ISRO, GOI)

• Department: Computer Science & Engineering

• Principal Investigator: Dr. Damodar Reddy Edla

Project Duration

• Total Duration: 5 Years

• Initial appointment: 1 Year

• Extendable based on performance review

• Possibility of conversion to SRF after 2 years

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E (or equivalent) in relevant discipline

• Must have NET/GATE qualification

• Minimum:

  • 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA

Salary / Emoluments

• INR 37,000 per month + 20% HRA

• Additional allowances as per institute norms
