National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut has invited applications for multiple contractual research positions across various departments. These opportunities are available under prestigious projects funded by government and institutional agencies.

1. Research Assistant (Architecture & Planning)

This recruitment is under the project titled "Documentation to Restoration: Heritage Ponds in Kozhikode District" at the Centre of Excellence in Urban Planning and Design (CoEUPD).

• Vacancies: 02 Posts.

• Eligibility: B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil) OR M.Plan / M.Arch / Equivalent.

• Preferred Skills: GIS & Remote Sensing, Statistical Analysis, and Scientific Writing.

• Remuneration: INR 37,000/- per month.

2. Junior Research Fellow (CSE / Electronics)

Applications are invited for a JRF position in the field of Computer Science, Electronics, and related engineering disciplines.

• Eligibility: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc (Computer Science / Electronics) / MCA with a valid GATE/NET qualification.

• Remuneration: INR 37,000/- + 20% HRA per month.
