Project Details

• Project Title: Development of an Orthotic Auxetic Insole for Preventing the Recurrence of Ulcers in Leprosy Patients – A Feasible Treatment

• Funding Agency: Advanced Research Grant (ARG) – Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF)

• Number of Positions: 1

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Professional Courses such as:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Computational Mechanics

  • Design / Aerospace / Biomedical / Civil Engineering

• Selection through:

  • CSIR-UGC NET / GATE
    OR

  • National-level examinations conducted by agencies like DST, DBT, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, IITs, IISERs, etc.

Desired Skills

• Experience in CAD/FEA tools such as:

  • SolidWorks

  • ANSYS

  • ABAQUS

• Strong analytical and report writing skills

Salary & Benefits

• INR 37,000/month + 20% HRA (First 2 Years)

• INR 42,000/month + 20% HRA (3rd Year)

• Opportunity to register for Ph.D. (as per institute norms)

Duration

• Initial Tenure: 1 Year

• Extendable up to 3 Years based on performance

Additional Details

• Age Limit: 28 years

  • Relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PH & women candidates
