Remuneration & Tenure

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): INR 43,660/- per month (Consolidated).

  • Senior Research Fellow (SRF): INR 49,560/- per month (Consolidated).

  • Research Associate (RA-I): INR 68,440/- per month (Consolidated).

  • Tenure: Appointments are initially for a period of 06 to 12 months, which may be extended based on project requirements and candidate performance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess degrees in Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Design, Conservation, or related fields. UG/PG degrees are required for JRF and SRF roles, while a PhD or equivalent is mandatory for the RA-I position.

  • Experience Requirements: * SRF: Minimum of 2 years of relevant research, teaching, or professional experience.

    • RA-I: Minimum of 3 years of research or industry experience post-Master's degree.
