The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar invites applications from eligible candidates for multiple project positions under the IGSTC-funded MELODY Project titled “Machine Learning and Remote Sensing Synergy for Sustainable Crop Production.” This Indo-German collaborative initiative aims to leverage artificial intelligence, remote sensing, and agro-ecosystem modeling to improve agricultural sustainability and crop productivity.

Research Associate (01 Post)
Essential Qualification:
Ph.D. in:
Computer Science & Engineering
Remote Sensing
Or related disciplines
Degree must be obtained from a recognized university/institution.
Project Associate / JRF (02 Posts)
Essential Qualification:
Computer Science & Engineering
Related engineering disciplines
Degree from a recognized university/institution.
Technical Assistant (02 Posts)
Candidates with relevant technical expertise in project-related domains, data processing, software tools, remote sensing, or AI applications will be preferred as per project requirements.
Field Worker (01 Post)
Candidates with experience in agricultural field surveys, data collection, field operations, or related activities will be preferred.
