The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released a recruitment notification inviting applications from Indian nationals for Project Officer and Project Assistant positions under the Dean SRIC Office. The appointments are purely temporary and offer an opportunity to contribute to project administration and research support activities at one of India's leading technical institutes.

Position Details

1. Project Officer

• Number of Posts: 01

• Essential Qualification: Ph.D. or CFTI qualification

• Salary: INR 25,000 – INR 1,00,000 per month + HRA

2. Project Assistant

• Number of Posts: 01

• Essential Qualification: Graduation with MBA

• Salary: INR 26,000 – INR 57,000 per month + HRA

Project Information

• Project Title: SDF

• Sponsoring Agency: SRIC Fund, IIT Roorkee

• Department/Centre: Dean SRIC Office

• Duration: Initially for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Project Officer

• Management of SRIC project database.

Project Assistant

• Administrative responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a walk-in interview. Applicants must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.

• Educational qualification certificates

• Experience certificates

• Attested copies of supporting documents

Original certificates and experience documents must be produced at the time of the interview for verification.
