Position Details

• Position: Project Assistant (Admin)

• Duration: 1 Year

• Salary: INR 26,000 – INR 57,000 per month + HRA (based on qualifications and experience)

Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Graduation with at least 15 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of office procedures

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Administrative work related to site-specific projects

• Managing technical reports and project documentation

• Compilation, maintenance, and processing of project-related data and records

• Maintaining project financial records in coordination with the Principal Investigator and funding agency

• Managing department store registers and consumable records

• Handling accounts-related documents and registers

• Managing internal and external official correspondence

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications and called for an interview.
