Fellowship

• INR 35,000 – INR 42,000 per month + HRA

Project Associate 1 (AI/ML & Cloud Computing)

Essential Qualifications:

• M.Tech./M.E./M.S. in:

  • Computer Science

  • Artificial Intelligence

  • Machine Learning

  • Data Science

  • Software Engineering

  • Related disciplines

OR

• B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology with exceptional software development and AI experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Python

• Machine Learning & Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Natural Language Processing (NLP)

• Google Cloud

• FastAPI/APIs

• SQL & Git

• Docker

Project Associate 2 (Architecture/BIM)

Essential Qualifications:

• B.Arch./M.Arch.

OR

• B.Tech./M.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Preferred Skills:

• Navisworks

• Dynamo

• Autodesk Construction Cloud

• IFC Workflow

• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

• Embodied Carbon Assessment

• IGBC/GRIHA knowledge

Job Responsibilities

Project Associate 1

• Design and develop AI/LLM-powered applications.

• Build intelligent document processing and information extraction systems.

• Develop workflow automation and cloud-based data management solutions.

Project Associate 2

• Support Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows.

• Work on sustainable construction assessment and digital material passport development.

• Contribute to low-carbon building technologies and construction data management.
