Essential Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
Option 1
First Class Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as:
Life Sciences
Microbiology
Biotechnology
Molecular Biology
Biochemistry
Virology
Or related areas
OR
Option 2
Second Class M.Sc. in any field of Life Sciences
Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be involved in advanced research activities including:
Molecular Biology techniques
Gene cloning and protein expression
Molecular virology studies
cDNA preparation
RT-PCR experiments
Mammalian cell culture
In-vitro virus propagation and quantification assays
Protein production and purification
Vaccine development-related research
