The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has invited applications from eligible Indian nationals for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position under an ANRF-sponsored research project in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

• M.Tech. in:

  • Electrical Engineering (EE)

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

Specialization in one of the following:

• Instrumentation

• Signal Processing

• VLSI

• Embedded Systems

Additional Requirement:

• Valid GATE qualification

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Develop an impedance analyzer and its readout circuits.

• Work on analog and digital circuit design.

• Develop solutions involving signal processing and FPGA.

• Collaborate with CSIR-CBRI, Roorkee for project-related activities.

• Execute assigned research tasks under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.

Fellowship & Benefits

• INR 37,000 per month + HRA

• Opportunity to work on an ANRF-funded cutting-edge research project.

• Selected candidate may get an opportunity to pursue Ph.D. admission in the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Roorkee, subject to institute rules.

Selection Process

• Candidates must bring original educational and experience certificates for verification at the time of the interview.

• Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates with equal qualifications and experience.
