• Project Title:
  Understanding the heterogeneous vapour condensation and diffusion of gas mixtures in semiconductor equipment using molecular level simulation

• Principal Investigator:
  Sourav Mondal

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• Ph.D. / MD / MS / MDS
  OR

• Equivalent degree
  OR

• Candidates with 3 years of research / teaching / design & development experience after:

  • M.VSc / M.Pharm / M.E / M.Tech

• Must have at least one research paper published in SCI-indexed journal

Desired Experience

• Knowledge of:

  • Molecular dynamics and/or DFT

• Experience with tools:

  • VASP / ORCA / Gaussian / LAMMPS / GROMACS / CHARMM / VMD

Salary / Fellowship

• INR 58,000 per month + 10% HRA (if accommodation not provided)

• Final pay level may vary based on qualification & experience

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years

• Relaxation as per norms
