Research Project

Project Title:
A Language Diarization Framework for Indian Low-Resourced Code-Switching Multilingual Speech

Research Area

The selected candidate will work in the following domains:

• Speech Processing

• Deep Learning

• Artificial Intelligence

• Machine Learning

• Multilingual Speech Technologies

Fellowship

• INR 37,000 per month

• 20% HRA as per project norms

Duration

• Initially for one year.

• Extendable based on satisfactory performance.

• Appointment is co-terminus with the project.

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or equivalent in ECE, EIE, EEE, ETC, EE, CSE, Data Science, or allied disciplines.

• Minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale.

GATE Requirement

• Candidates with an M.E./M.Tech. degree obtained using a valid GATE score are not required to submit another GATE score.

• Candidates whose M.E./M.Tech. admission was without GATE must possess a valid GATE qualification.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following areas will be preferred:

• Speech Signal Processing

• Deep Learning

• Artificial Intelligence

• Machine Learning

• Programming for AI applications

• Natural Language Processing and multilingual speech technologies
