Project Title

Developing Computationally Efficient Sparse Signal Processing Algorithms for 6G Sub-Terahertz (Sub-THz) Joint Radar and Communication (RadCom)


Vacancy Details

  • Post: Project Associate-II

  • Compensation: Up to INR 42,000 per month + HRA (as applicable)


Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university/institute

  • Minimum two years of experience in R&D, academic institutions, science & technology organizations, or scientific services

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who:

  • Are NET/GATE qualified or selected through a national-level examination conducted by Central Government agencies

  • Have experience in:

    • Signal Processing

    • Wireless Communications

    • Radar Systems

    • AI/ML-based algorithm development

    • 6G and Sub-THz communication technologies


Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work on:

  • Development of computationally efficient sparse signal processing algorithms

  • Research related to 6G Sub-Terahertz Joint Radar and Communication (RadCom) systems

  • Simulation, implementation, and performance evaluation of advanced communication algorithms

  • Research documentation, technical reporting, and publication activities
