Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Promoting the training program in tribal schools across Jharkhand.
Conducting pre- and post-program Randomized Control Trials (RCTs).
Facilitating the establishment of problem-solving centres in different regions of Jharkhand.
Coordinating classes and examinations for selected tribal students.
Liaising with industries and organizations for signing MoUs.
Managing project documentation and report preparation.
Supporting the successful implementation of capacity-building initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
Candidates must possess any one of the following degrees from a recognized university or institution:
M.E.
MBA
M.Sc.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology
Medical Degree or equivalent qualification

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive:
Consolidated salary of ₹58,000 per month
16% House Rent Allowance (HRA)
