The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has invited applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering under a sponsored research project. The project focuses on developing an Integrated Digital Shearography and Structured Light Projection System for structural health monitoring of composite structures.

Position Details

• Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• Duration: 11 Months

• Pay: INR 37,000 per month

• Medical Allowance: INR 1,250 per month

• Total Monthly Emoluments: INR 38,250

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Postgraduate degree in Physics, or

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering

Applicants must have qualified through a National Eligibility Test (CSIR-UGC NET including Assistant Professorship) or GATE.

Selection Process

• Mode of Interview: Online (Google Meet)

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the online interview.
