Project & Position Details

• Project Title: Channel Maintenance: Civil Engineering for SWAYAM PRABHA

• Designation: Project Associate-II

• Number of Positions: One (01)

• Duration of Appointment: 1 Year

• Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: ₹50,000 to ₹78,000 (including HRA, based on qualification and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

1. Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Degree: B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. / M.C.A. / L.L.M. / C.A. / C.M.A. / C.S. / M.B.A. / Professional qualification or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.

• Experience: A minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience is required.

2. Academic Cut-off Requirements

• Graduation Onwards: Minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade point.

• Class 10th and 12th: Minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point.

3. Desirable Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

• Experience working in an academic institute, familiarity with procurement procedures, and video studio operations.

• Exposure to project-based work.

• An understanding of public administration and governance frameworks, or experience in handling institutional/government-funded projects.

Job Description

The Project Associate-II will be responsible for coordinating a variety of administrative, financial, and technical workflows:

• Managing day-to-day project operations and ensuring timely execution across multiple activities.

• Managing grant operations, including budgeting, utilisation tracking, and compliance with funding guidelines.

• Overseeing procurement processes, vendor coordination, and payment workflows.

• Coordinating with faculty, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Supporting recruitment, documentation, and institutional processes.
