Essential Qualification

Candidates must possess:

  • Ph.D. in any of the following disciplines:

    • Bio-nanotechnology

    • Biomedical Engineering

    • Materials Science & Engineering

    • Chemical Engineering

    • Nano-coating

    • Pharmaceutical Sciences

    • Allied Relevant Areas

Additional Requirements:

  • Degree from a reputed institute/university

  • At least one research paper published in an SCI-indexed journal


Desired Qualification & Experience

Preference will be given to candidates having expertise in:

  • Orthopedic implant coatings

  • Nano-biotechnology

  • Biopolymers

  • Cell culture techniques

  • Microbiology

Additional Preferred Experience:

  • Development of animal models for orthopedic implant-associated infections


Research Area

The selected candidate will work on advanced interdisciplinary research involving:

  • Antibacterial orthopedic implant coatings

  • Mussel-inspired nanohydrogel systems

  • Biomaterials engineering

  • Osteoinductive surface development

  • Biomedical nanotechnology applications


Job Responsibilities

The Research Associate-I will be expected to:

  • Conduct laboratory-based research and experimentation
