Essential Qualifications
Candidates should possess any one of the following:
Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences or Agricultural Sciences, OR
Master's Degree in Natural Sciences or Agricultural Sciences, OR
BVSc, B.Pharm., OR
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or Medicine from a recognized university or equivalent.
Additionally, candidates should have experience in:
Molecular Biology
Recombinant Protein Expression and Purification
Basic Microbiology
Preferred Skills
Preference will be given to candidates with:
Prior hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology.
Experience in recombinant protein expression and purification.
Knowledge of microbiological techniques.
Interest in bacterial immune systems and phage biology.
Monthly Fellowship
As per ANRF/OM/N-01/2024 guidelines:

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected Project Associate-I will:
Investigate molecular mechanisms of phage sensing by bacterial immune systems.
Perform molecular biology and microbiology experiments.
Carry out recombinant protein expression and purification.
Analyze experimental data and maintain research records.
Assist in project execution, scientific documentation, and publications.
Selection Process
